Martin Place Metro and North Tower are a part of new integrated station precinct in Sydney’s central business district, combining a new metro station with two modern commercial towers. The North Tower is a 39-storey, state-of-the-art commercial building designed to complement the surrounding area, including integrating with the historic 50 Martin Place building, to create a vibrant and functional transport and business hub.
Master Coating has delivered a precision application of a special architectural coating system to the high-level exposed concrete columns in the station and the high-specification finishes that define a world-class office environment, from the soaring lobby to the executive floors. This project showcases our capability to manage a large-scale, high-value commercial fit-out, adhering to stringent quality, schedule, and sustainability standards demanded by a premium development.
