The 121 Castlereagh Street project is a luxury mixed-use development in Sydney, created by Cbus Property and Scentre Group, that transformed the former David Jones Men’s Store into premium commercial office space. This project involves the redevelopment of a heritage-listed building to create a new 22-story residential tower alongside the existing commercial and retail space, which now includes a central atrium, high-end offices, and a luxury retail extension of Westfield Sydney.
Our scope covered the application of high-performance and sustainable feature and standard coating to both retail and residential tower. Our expert application of venetian plaster in the retail space and lift lobbies, has created a tactile, luminous and sophisticated visual impact. We have also implemented a highly efficient, multi-team deployment strategy with detailed phasing plans. This allowed us to work seamlessly alongside other fit-out trades, maintaining the critical path for tenant handovers.
