Nepean Hospital Redevelopment Stage 1

Nepean Hospital Redevelopment Stage 1 is an upgrade to expand and modernize hospital services for the Penrith, Blue Mountains, and surrounding communities. Key components include the construction of a new 14-storey clinical services tower, with new operating theatres, ICU, and a surgical ward. The stage also involves the expansion of oral health and mental health services, including new beds and dedicated units, and the refurbishment of the sterile supply department.  

Understanding the sensitive nature of a hospital environment, we exclusively specified and applied low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound), Green Star-compliant paints across all patient-facing and staff areas. In areas subject to stringent hygiene protocols, we deployed premium, scrub-resistant and chemical-tolerant coatings. These products are specifically engineered to withstand frequent and aggressive cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants without degrading, fading, or losing their protective integrity.
